From our headquarters in Malaysia, we have steadily expanded our manufacturing presence throughout SE Asia to include plants in Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar and Indonesia. From these manufacturing facilities, we produce a wide range of quality household insecticide products which are stringently tested and proven to be highly effective at eradicating insects and pests, while being safe for humans and the environment.
Leveraging on decades of R&D and manufacturing experience, our subsidiaries are leaders in their domestic markets.
Technopia (Thailand) Ltd.
Technopia (Thailand) Ltd. was incorporated in July 1993 as a subsidiary of Fumakilla Malaysia Berhad. The company produces mosquito coils and other household insecticides for both the domestic and international markets.
The company’s production facility at Suranaree Industrial Zone in Nakhornratchasima Province, is Thailand’s most modern, fully integrated mosquito coil plant, occupying a land area of 28,800 sq.m.
Technopia (Thailand) Ltd. markets a range of household insecticide products under the Chang brand name including:
- Mosquito coils
- Mosquito mats
- Insecticide aerosols
In terms of market share, Technopia accounts for 25% of the mosquito coil market (making us the #2 brand name).
Technopia Vietnam Pte. Ltd.
Technopia Vietnam Pte Ltd was incorporated in 1995 as a subsidiary of Fumakilla Malaysia Berhad, producing mosquito coils, insecticide aerosols and air fresheners for both the domestic and international markets.
Our production facilities in Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province cover a total area of 34,062 sq.m. and includes 10 punching machines with an annual output of 500 million DC, as well as two aerosol lines with an annual production capacity of 14 million cans.
Technopia Vietnam Pte Ltd markets a range of household insecticide products under the Jumbo brand name including:
- Mosquito coils
- Mosquito mats
- Insecticide aerosols
- Mosquito vaporizers
- Mosquito mats
- Liquid Insecticide
Technopia Vietnam Pte Ltd also produces air fresheners under the COZY brand name.
Our insecticide aerosols account for 18% of the Vietnamese market, while our coil has captured 25% of the local market share.
PT Technopia Jakarta
PT Technopia Jakarta was incorporated in 2002, as one of Texchem’s largest manufacturing plants and is situated in Karawang (near Jakarta). Our plant is situated at Jalan Terusan Interchange, Anggadita, Klari in Karawang on 46,059 sq.m. of industrial land with installed facilities to produce mosquito coils and warehousing (this includes space for future expansion as well).
In Jakarta, we cooperates with PT Unilever to produce and distribute "Domestos Nomos" mosquito coil in Indonesia. Under this arrangement, Fumakilla's experienced team provided technical capabilities to PT Technopia Lever allowing Domestos Nomos mosquito coil to become a household name within months after its successful launch.
Our Indonesian brand names include Nomos Standard, Nomos Jumbo, Nomos Standard Lavender and Nomos Jumbo Lavender. In addition, orders for export customers are delivered on a seasonal basis.
The Nomos brand currently has a 10% share of the coil insecticide market in Indonesia.
Myanmar Texcorp Limited
Myanmar Texcorp Ltd. was incorporated in 1998 under the Family Care Division of Texchem Group of Companies and the company produces mosquito coils for the local market.
Our plant is situated in the Shwe Pyi Tha Industrial Zone (4), Insein Township, Yangon, Myanmar on a land area of 8,121sq.m. with a total built up area of 3,888 sq.m.
Myanmar Texcorp Ltd. markets a range of household insecticide products under the Jumbo brand name including:
- Mosquito coils
- Insecticide aerosols
Market share for Jumbo Mosquito Coil is 40% and our aerosols also head the market with a 42% share, making our Jumbo Brand the market leader in Myanmar.
